I took a HIT spin/cycling class and liked it but it is a hard workout so I can only do 30mins of it
Took a relaxing restorative yoga class & loved it
Took another yoga class I forget what type but the movements were too fast not for me!
I took a zone class & loved it!
I did Orange Theory and find it too easy
Tried heated workouts; hot yoga, hot barre, hot pilates, hot rowing, and hot cycling. I liked hot barre and hot cycling best!
I went back to a 24 Hr Fitness I been to before and did not like it there felt like a lack of community that Active has
Stayed at my current job for a little over a year
Designed a jacket and prototype
Learned how to machine sew; sewed hems, ruffles, a pocket, and a mask
Learned how to make kombucha
Started seeing a new esthetician I enjoy working with
I graduated from EASA
I got new piercings; a second one on my nose & a double piercing on my ears
Tried new hairstyles I been wanting to try
My mental health has improved a lot this year
This job I have has made me feel the most comfortable in at a job, I feel like I can be myself, dance, sing, do it all
I got to see my cousins and sister once a month for family hang outs which is nice
I got a new Google watch I really enjoy using
I got into tarot again
I got into weight lifting more
I can use the squat rack now it used to be too heavy for me
I saw Joji live
I made a new best friend
I grew closer to the community and family at work/Active
I went back to school
I can keep up with working full time days of 5 a week before I could only manage part time days
I finished watching Riverdale one of my favorite shows
I came out as bisexual & song of the year is No Guidance by BRII. It is above, enjoy!
