Physical 100 was a good show! I give it a 8/10. I hope they come out with a season 2. The show starts out with the cast looking at moldings of their bodies. These people are the fittest people in Korea who were sent to the show. The first challenge they do was they have to hang on top over a pool of water. Whoever stayed the longest advances to the next level. In the second round they have to wrestle each other and whoever ends up with the ball wins. Next, is the sand challenge they have to make a bridge to cross with bags of sand to fill the tube with sand. Next they had to push a 12 ton ship across the room and hook it up so it locks and stay in place. They also had to put barrels from the room in the ship. Next the losers from the ship round have to hold up their body molds up and the 5 who win can advance up to the next round while the other losers leave. Then they had a series of Greek challenges that are considered punishments. The first one was who can hold a large rock on their shoulder the longest, next was climbing the highest on to a rope and hanging there the longest. Next was a race and if you touch your opponent they're then out. Last punishment was move a large rock back and forward on a track. After this there was a a 4 way or five way tug a war match, they had to use all their might to get the key across the room then unlock themselves. Whoever did it first wins. Then there's a challenge of flipping the most tiles on the floor whoever color was there the most wins. Then the final challenge was pulling a long rope off of a roll it was on. This one was the most challenging round in the game and ended with a cross fit player as the winner. Don't underestimate the power of a cross fitter he beat 100 people, won 3million, and even beat Olympic gold mentalists. This show was good to me as I like being active and work at a gym. I would recommend this show to anyone especially people who are athletic, until the next summary/review.
