It's okay to take breaks. I took a long break before getting my first job again at 26. Breaks are needed if you can afford it & very healing.
It's okay to outgrow people. places, and things
You can heal after any kind of relationship
Trauma therapy is healing. What once may seem normal to you can be considered trauma. So work through all your trauma so you can heal, you deserve it.
Talk therapy is helpful to understand yourself better & your thoughts
It's okay to be alone sometimes
You have your whole life to try new things so take your time. Don't feel rushed.
Journaling is a great exercise to practice
Meditation is very helpful when you're overwhelmed
Mantras & frequencies are very healing
Essential oils are great for aroma therapy
You can have a best friend in another country
You can get a job at your dream company aka Nike
It's never too late to start a business
You will meet someone who will become your business partner
You can get your dream hair, I been wanting a grey shadow box & got it
I can take seeing The 1975 live off my bucket list
You will finally start a clothing brand
You will learn how to machine sew
You will design your first prototype
You will start to workout again
You will meet a community at work/the gym
You will have coworkers at jobs you really get along with
You will have less anxiety/ptsd
You will get past feeling depressed
You will become mentally ill but will have great doctors, counselors, and meds to help
You will get to know yourself better by becoming mentally ill
You will take HIIt workout classes & love it!
