  1. It's okay to take breaks. I took a long break before getting my first job again at 26. Breaks are needed if you can afford it & very healing.

  2. It's okay to outgrow people. places, and things

  3. You can heal after any kind of relationship

  4. Trauma therapy is healing. What once may seem normal to you can be considered trauma. So work through all your trauma so you can heal, you deserve it.

  5. Talk therapy is helpful to understand yourself better & your thoughts

  6. It's okay to be alone sometimes

  7. You have your whole life to try new things so take your time. Don't feel rushed.

  8. Journaling is a great exercise to practice

  9. Meditation is very helpful when you're overwhelmed

  10. Mantras & frequencies are very healing

  11. Essential oils are great for aroma therapy

  12. You can have a best friend in another country

  13. You can get a job at your dream company aka Nike

  14. It's never too late to start a business

  15. You will meet someone who will become your business partner

  16. You can get your dream hair, I been wanting a grey shadow box & got it

  17. I can take seeing The 1975 live off my bucket list

  18. You will finally start a clothing brand

  19. You will learn how to machine sew

  20. You will design your first prototype

  21. You will start to workout again

  22. You will meet a community at work/the gym

  23. You will have coworkers at jobs you really get along with

  24. You will have less anxiety/ptsd

  25. You will get past feeling depressed

  26. You will become mentally ill but will have great doctors, counselors, and meds to help

  27. You will get to know yourself better by becoming mentally ill

  28. You will take HIIt workout classes & love it!
